- NEW – Soft closing incubator lids
We have added a soft close mechanism to the lid of each incubation chamber. This dampener will ensure the lid of the incubation chamber will always close smoothly even if accidentally knocked or dropped during manual closing.
- NEW – Incubator Chamber Movement Controller
We have also added a mechanism that controls the speed of movement of the incubation chambers as they move in and out of the stack. The mechanism provides a smooth consistent speed ensuring that there are no sudden movement or forces applied to the embryo being cultured inside the chamber.
- NEW – Improved Incubation Chamber Locking Mechanism
To reduce the risk of accidental disconnection of the incubation chamber from the stack, we have added an additional mechanical securing device to each chamber shelf to hold the chamber in place.
- NEW - Reusable Humidification Water Trays
Each CT37stax™ incubator will be issued with a set of plastic humidification water trays which will last up to 4 weeks with regular refilling, however there is now the option to purchase stainless steel water trays that can be sterilised and reused.

Environmental Regulation System
The CT37 stax incubator's environmental regulation system promotes optimal clinical conditions inside each individual incubation chamber, independently, minimising the stress placed on the cell under culture and increasing the chance of success. If required each individual chamber can be humidified independently to help prevent cell dehydration during incubation.

Cost Effective Solution

Incubator Management Software
The CT37stax is supplied with the Planer Incubator Management Software (PIMS). This operates as both the full control interface for multiple CT37stax incubators but also can be used as a management system for all Planer incubators operated with the laboratory. The intuitive and user-friendly interface allows full control of multiple CT37stax units from a single PC anywhere in the laboratory.

Comprehensive Protection Built-in
The CT37stax incubator includes comprehensive alarm and monitoring features. Multiple parameters (temperature, gas flow, lid open, lid unlocked, power supply, carbon dioxide and communication status) of each incubation chamber are constantly monitored with audible and visual alarms, both locally on the incubator and via the PIMS application, alerting users to any issues.

The CT37stax multi-chamber incubator incorporates many features designed to improve work processes and work flow in the laboratory. The incubator, even with all six incubation chambers installed, can be sited inside most flow hoods found in modern laboratories. Having the incubator situated next to the microscope reduces the risks associated with dish movement.
