Microscope
In order to properly analyze images using Hamilton Thorne’s IMSI-Strict software package, the user must be able to produce high-quality images with sufficient detail and contrast. This requires a laboratory set up that includes a laboratory grade inverted microscope with Nomarksi Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) optics which are properly installed and calibrated.
