Our team provides On-Demand Maintenance and Service to perform diagnostic assessment and repair of your Hamilton Thorne system. Get in touch with our team to have a service technician dispatched to your lab!
Need help sooner? The service team can provide remote assistance through TeamViewer® Remote Access support.
On-Site Repairs/Assessment
We’ll help you fix your system as soon as possible. Our team will schedule an on-site visit and service your system right in your lab! We will provide:
- A consultation with our technical service team to assess the condition of your system
- Performance of on-site repairs to get your equipment up and running.
Minimum per day charge (quote provided for possible repair/service technician travel costs). If unit cannot be repaired on site, the customer must ship unit to Hamilton Thorne for depot repair. All replacement parts and shipping costs are chargeable.
On-Demand Preventive Maintenance
Being proactive with maintaining your system helps with peace of mind and prevents unexpected repairs in the future. Our On-Demand Preventive Maintenance includes actions typically performed in our preventive maintenance plans. We will provide:
- Full cleaning, alignment/adjustment of optical system
- Replacement of standard parts
- Software update to latest possible release.
Request for Preventive Maintenance requires one month advance notification (surcharge will be applied for earlier request). Quote will be provided to customer for maintenance and travel costs for service technician. Non-standard parts are not included in base cost and are chargeable for both part(s) and shipping of part(s). System training also available at additional cost.
On-Demand Software Training
Need a training refresher? Our technicians are happy to teach you essential techniques for working with our software! The On-Demand software training will help you become proficient with your Hamilton Thorne system. We will provide:
- Full user software training overview
- Discussions for questions related to your application field of use
- Discount applied if combined with On Demand Preventive Maintenance.
Training is offered remotely or in-person visit. Request for software training requires one month advance notification (surcharge will be applied for earlier request). Quote will be provided to customer for training and applicable travel costs for service technician. Training for TOX IVOS systems requires two day training minimum.
