David Kachala
Service Manager
With 20+ years of experience working alongside laboratories in various industries, David brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our Technical Support team. He entered the medical device field in 2004 by way of the Regulatory Department at CooperSurgical. In his 15 year tenure there, he continued to develop and redirect his passion for customer facing support and helped to implement acquisitions including Origio, Research Instruments, Ksystems, LifeGlobal, and eventually managing the Support team for North America. By working directly with customers in the field, David gained valuable insight about the needs of the IVF industry. He believes that the best service is achieved by understanding each customer’s unique perspective and working in parallel with them to achieve their goals.
David holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from University of Connecticut School of Business and continues to expand his knowledge due to his drive to always learn more about innovative products and effective processes.
